Delivery was out for 35 mins before our food got dropped off. We were told repeatedly it would be 10-15 mins. I was assured we would receive credit for the late delivery, which I have yet to receive. I understand only having one driver. I don't understand the lack of communication and driving around with multiple peoples orders for half an hour. The food was not cold upon arrival. The estimated delivery time was set for 35 mins when I ordered. Fortunately DoorDash has an amazing customer support team, it just takes some work to deal with. I typically order through the jimmy johns app, but saw that they had free delivery here. Beware if you're on a tight schedule.

i ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I did nit get any tomato ans it was very salty. willnot order again.
