The staff is always friendly and patient and the food is always delicious and super fresh.

• 26-01-03the sandwich was not up to par the bread was hard and stale o had to take the sandwich apart and warm it first

• 22-04-28Jimmy Johns took too long putting the order together. Which made me miss my lunch because the order was well over a half hour late. I scheduled a time for this order rather than going with the asap option. I could understand if it was an asap order but they I scheduled the order well in advance. Because I had to wait the sandwich was soggy. The lettuce also tasted unwashed and old. I am Very displeased with my experience. I would recommend skipping Jimmy Johns in the future. I know I will be.
