When I called and quickly explained that we were missing a beverage the employee just kept repeating that my boyfriend who came to retrieve the food doesn't speak English. This is irrelevant and inappropriate. I sent screenshots and a text in English for him to show the employees there because they only gave us one of the two ordered drinks. The screenshots and text weren't enough so I had to call? and then just repeating that he doesn't speak English instead of the actual problem.
