Truly an awful experience. After reading other reviews, paying for things to be put on your sandwich and not getting it is common here. You'd think they would work fast to fix it, but no, I spoke with them on the phone and she was extremely rude, didn't offer any solutions, wouldn't put the manager on. 0/10. At this point making your sandwich at home is the way to go, you won't spend extra on items you don't even get AND THEY WONT EVEN OFFER TO GIVE IT TO YOU!!!!

I loved my Turkey Tom. Didn't love the brownie. Found it to be a bit too dry for my taste. But that sandwich was amazing.
