The tomato on my sandwich is not ripe- it's white/ yellow. Not much lettuce on sandwich. Would not order from Jimmy John's again from this location. Very disappointed!

We ordered the #2, Big John and never received it. When we attempted to call the store, it rang and rang then hung up. We were charged $70 and when the food came, the receipt showed the total was $56 and the sandwich was missing. This is the second time we've had issues with this store. Previously, we had an order. We waited and waited then got a call from them, stating they didn't have a delivery driver. Never again from this location.

We usually do a group order from here about once a week, the last 3 orders have been wrong or missing items.
