You can tell service is very important to them. Not only was the driver the first person in over a week to follow directions, but when the location didn't have an item I ordered, they called me to ask what to replace it with.
The food was as excellent as the service.

I ordered a #10 with no mayo and extra onions. It came as ordered with chips. This was from the Spanish Fork, Utah Jimmy Johns. I don't think I have ever had a problem with my order from this Jimmy Johns. The young woman who delivered for the store was friendly, quick and nice.
