This was the smallest Tom sandwich that I have ever had. Very few ingredients and the bread was burned. I order this quite often so it was very different.

This is my go to work lunch. I always order the number five Vito without onions or tomatoes, and a bag of chips. My order is always consistent and high-quality.. on only one occasion did I not receive a correctly made sandwich and not only did they send another one via DoorDash for free they also gave me a credit for my next meal. This location's customer service is top-notch and the food presentation is high quality.

Paid $20.00 for this.... one slice of meat and one sliceof cheese!? And asked for extra mayo packets... didnt get even 1. This is the 4th order where I didnt get what I paid for.
