The difference in what I ordered versus what was delivered is striking. I have ordered from Jimmy's for years and have always been happy with their arrangements. This order is unacceptable. I ordered something presented as dynamic and brilliantly colored. What my family member recieved is what appears to be yesterday's leftover carnations and pale roses. I understand that it's based on what was available at the time, but this one was miles from what was shown. Very disappointing.
