Portion of Jjajang myun sauce for a pick-up order was too small. I think it used to be at least 2/3 of a small-sized container. It is now only a half full.

Long wait time - at least an hour for to-go which is crazy! Rice cooker was broken even though a lot of items on the menu use rice. Did not compensate or offer anything for the inconvenience.

Food is good but they need to get a better container so it doesnt get soggy. My dasher picked it up right away and it was hot but it got soggy quick as the closed the lid compeletely
