I've been ordering the same large flurry every Thursday before class and it's always been very consistent. Today it came in a grocery bag with no lid, and the contents were about an inch under the rim of the cup (Usually it's super full and makes a mess when I take the lid off). There wasn't a receipt with my order this time either. Very, very odd.

I enjoyed the taste of the S'mores Parfait but was extremely disappointed in their packaging as both the bag and cup were unsealed. The amount of custard was incredibly underwhelming. I know this place is usually wonderful with its portions and flavors in person, but unless I get desperate, I don't expect to order from here again.

That was the smallest three scoops of ice cream I've ever seen. It was good but not worth the value.

Their idea of "3 scoops" is the size of *1* scoop virtually anywhere else. I'd upload a picture if I could or knew how. Disappointing & a waste of $$.
