2nd time ordering from here and food was flawless... I'm less then a week.. they do not taste how they use to so for whoever took over and has battered those Catfish Nuggets and Wings/Gizzards I Ordered the other day...I commend you...I think you are now the best JJ's outwest.. you just have to keep you the consistency

Fish was small fillet with a slight smell and seemed to have set in water a long time. I discarded it instead of trip to ER.
Banana pudding looks nothing like the website. Very small, not worth price. Nothing had seasoning or was hot. Two small containers of sauce

JJ's is one of my go-to's. The ;oaded gyro firs is now my favorite. the grilled chicken bowl was too spicy for my taste. I had to add some sour cteam to eliminate the heat ; otherwise, both meals were delicious. We even have enough for leftovers. Next time, gentlemen, please follow my requests, you will see that I asked for garlic parmeean sauce for the chicken bowl, not the buffalo sauce. I also checked no jalapenos on the bowl dish, but, I noticed you added them anyway. I discard the peppers and that was such a waste. Could/ve used them for someone's order that didn't mind the peppers. Thanks for a good job overall.

Always give you great portions and great value for your money. Food is always fresh and they have great fried chicken. Would definitely order again.

the chicken was hard and there was no meat not crispy. the bread was hard. barely any mild sauce. the fries were a small portion about 10 inches counted.
