I ordered Sweet Potato fries and received regular fries. The fries were tough and tasted like week old vat oil.  It's been a while since I've been to Jay's but the food/portions were WAY smaller.  Not a good birthday supper at all.

burger was overcooked and hard. French fries smelt and tasted like fish. wish the macaroni and cheese would have been put in a bowl or something as it was all over my to go container.  the onion strangers and the sauce they come with were amazing

Ive been really enjoying the food at j's
However. Togo/delivery orders are consistently not packaged safely. The bags need to be tied or stapled shut before the driver arrives to ensure it cant be tampered with.
