Still 4 stars bc overallservice and products are great, but today my smoothie wasnt blended well. The protein was in a blob and the ice was more like a slushee. But.... I order sometimes every day of the work week and it's usually amazing.

The smoothies are good although occasionally underblended but what really is annoying is paying twice the price for a smoothie with add ons but not receiving the whole smoothie. If they were more consistent with this I'd rate higher but it feels like theft
