I decided to order these nachos because the menu photo clearly showed the guacamole served in a separate container, which was important to me since I have an avocado allergy. Unfortunately, the app did not allow me to leave any special instructions.
When I arrived at the restaurant, I checked my order and noticed the guacamole had been placed directly on top of the nachos. I mentioned it to the manager, Jordan, and instead of showing understanding, he responded rudely, saying that I hadn’t specified it. Although he eventually agreed to remake the order, his attitude was unprofessional and made the experience very unpleasant.
Food allergies are a serious matter. A little empathy and better customer service would have made a big difference. Very disappointing experience.

I always order this dish. Tonight, the rice is hard and undercooked , it is missing the green sauce, and the cook just covered the entire dish in sour cream

Missing all the sides, just gave plain taquitos. Have been coming here for a while and it's gotten slower and now i see why because the workers don't care anymore.
