Kanda is always fresh and delicious. The tofu was still crispy, the sushi was so tasty, and the eel was perfect.

Tofu Dinner Box Completely flavorless tofu served on flavorless bed of blanched bean sprouts. the flavors are one dimensional. Epic waste of money

The Sushi & Salmon Tokyo (18pcs) wasn't actually bad. It was what you expected for that price (better than some places I've ordered from for same price), but I don't know how they didn't add soy sauce. It's basic whenever I've ordered, so this came as a suprise, and I'm out of soy sauce so this is very unfortunate as (yes I have a horrible taste) I only eat sushi with soy sauce. So it'll have to wait till I get some.

We ordered the Maki Tray (assorted sushi), three Oyako Don (chicken & egg rice bowl), two Gyu Don (beef rice bowl), and two Katsu Don (pork cutlet rice bowl). The Maki Tray was okay. However, there was a large error: all three bowls marked Oyako Don turned out to be Katsu Don. So we didn't receive any of the chicken/egg bowl. What is more, the pork cutlets in all the Katsu Don bowls were soggy, and there was not enough of it. Also, the beef in the two Gyu Don was extremely poor quality, tasteless and full of sinew (our guest could not eat most of it). The quality of the rice in the rice bowls was not the best, either. This was all very unfortunate, and a great embarrassment, as we had guests over. If we ever order from Kanda Sushi again in the future (somewhat unlikely), we would only order sushi, but not any of the rice meals.

I used to order from here regularly. Specifically the Tokyo sushi and spicy salmon role. Over time it's gone downhill. I'm not ordering from here any more.
