First time I've been this disappointed- biscuits were bricks couldn't even bite into them- the chicken was so greasy it was dripping- slipped out of your hands- the skin was hard but greasy not sure how they even achieved that?? - but like I said- this is the first time usually very pleased with this KFC

I don't know what went wrong because I have ordered from here before, and it's been alright. This time It was horrible, the chicken was hard, dry, small and old. I could tell this chicken had been sitting out for some time because it was shriveled up.  everything else was OK but the chicken. Plus the forgot my sauces and plates

Normally I have no complaints about KFC but today they were way off.  My three piece was missing chicken, Mac N cheese tasted really weird, and the 4 piece was super salty.
