Food was good as always, they were out of one side dish but they put in a suitable replacement and a very nice note to say sorry. It was a lovely personal touch which I really appreciated.

The nuggets were stale
The tenders were dry and overcooked with missing batter patches
The original recipe pieces were BURNT.

As much as my family enjoys Kentucky Fried Chicken. We were all deeply disappointed with tonight's order. It was clearly obvious chicken was cooked for the lunchtime rush. Obviously left over from them and recooked in oil to heat up for our order tonight. No flavour at all and tasted burnt. Each of that original cooked chicken pieces in our pack had not been freshly cooked. Will not waste my money again ordering in.

Did not receive my nuggets which was a disappointment. Wicked Wings we're fresh, Zinger Burger average. Chips we're good.
