The food arrived in the timeframe I was advised, however it was all completely cold and soggy packaging and food. Both the boxes of chips were only just filled over half. I didn't get the selection of sauces I purchased. Even after attempting to reheat the food, it was still inedible and gross and the chicken pieces didn't seem quite right in smell or taste

Our delivery was not correct so we contacted the store (moonee ponds) and the staff could not be more helpful, they made our order fresh and included complimentary items, I would highly recommend KFC moonee ponds if you are looking for outstanding customer experience/support

I got an expensive meal deal and was shocked it was all packed and squashed into a small box. The chicken was terrible all of it. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with this KFC. Prices go up and quality has gone way down. I mean just terrible.
