The Plant-Based Sandwich is usually really good but this one time it was dripping and spraying with oil ever bite it really turned me off from kfc haha I will be taking a break. The fries were good tho

Ordered the Family Bucket Feast. Items included were supposed to be 10 pieces Original Recipe Chicken, Large Popcorn, Large Fries, 2 Large Side and 3 Dips. We received 8 pieces Original Recipe Chicken and no Large Fries.

I received macaroni salad instead of coleslaw.
The Gravy is horrible. This comes from a package instead of making it from scratch the way stores are taught. KFC says making the gravy the original way is part of your franchise agreement.

I asked for Sstandard pieces and got all Dark meat. If wanted all Dark meat I would have selected all Dark. Chicken is not seasoned or fried properly.
