• 25-11-17The chicken was dry, and it was very crispy, so crispy that the outside was black like it had been refried or sitting under a light for too long.
The coleslaw was good, and the amount was fair.
The fries were also good,but not enough for the price that was paid.
The most appalling thing of it all were the biscuits. They were not fully cooked at all. Nothing but dough on the inside.
I have tried many times throughout the months to give them another try after awhile, but everytime nothing has changed.
I would never order from this restaurant again.

• 25-02-134 pc. Chicken Combo varied in quality, my drum was delicious but my thigh was very dry and chewy, and the breast was similarly underwhelming. The wing was fine. The Cherry Pie Poppers were amazing and fresh, though. The drink was watery but the cole slaw was excellent. Really a rollercoaster of a meal.

• 24-07-29Mac n cheese is burnt and the Secret Recipe Fries were not half full as well as being old. I called the store and the GM Veronica said I'd have to contact door dash. I asked if she was even goingto try to fix it and she could not have cared less. I asked if she was eb going to offer an apology and she did not. $30 of gross food followed by a general manager who did not care to try to fix it.

• 25-10-26I accidently ordered two. That was my mistake. However, I am glad I did as the first box I opened was so burnt, I could not have made a complete meal. Luckily, I had the second order which was mildly better so I could still piece together a complete meal.3 pc. Chicken Big Box
