Lets start by saying the food was cold. The entire meal was cold, the fries, the chicken and the gravy. The chicken was small. It was like having one thigh that was cut into two pieces and then fried. The chicken was extra greasy too as if it wasn't drained well from the excessive oil or they had it sitting in oil. It also tasted of old oil. The fries.. cold and definetly not fresh. As we all know stale fries dont taste good. Whats the point in ordering food and its not fresh and hot? Why do i have to microwave a meal im paying $17 for meanwhile the restaurant is a 5 minute drive from my house? Theres no way my food could have gotten cold from delivery and it definetly was cold because they had it sitting and improperly resting under the proper temperatures. Doesn't the employees know safe food handling ? Its apart of training when handling food in a fast food restaurant. They shouldn't be serving customers food that is stale. People could get really sick and potentially get food poisoning. I know the procedures as I used to work at KFC years ago. Lets talk about the gravy.... Firstly it was tasteless and watery and again COLD. After ordering, i keep seeing the same complaints and its a damn shame considering KFC could be really good but this location cant seem to execute it right. I really am giving this place zero stars. Save yourself and don't order from here. Order from somewhere else that will serve you quality food that is fresh and hot.

It was supposed to be 4 pieces of chicken but only 3 arrived, and one was cut in half. I also ordered ketchup and they didn't send it.

its been 3rd time they missed items , especially fries and 2 chicken wings that been included in zinger box.
food quality is good but really hate when they miss something.
