Food falling off the bone is real tender. I love the food. It's so good so flavorful so fluffy 10 out of 10 I'll recommend. Oh, and it's very fresh and even if it was cold, it will still be 100% great

I was supposed to get 3 sides for the family dinner but received wet biscuits, stuffed in a chicken bag and did not receive what I ordered.
The chicken is supposed to be extra crispy and it's wet and this isn't even close edible.

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. They don’t typically have what I want to order. Usually they say they can’t do extra crispy or they’ll make my order and completely ignore the fact that I asked for extra crispy. Tonight, they said they didn’t have thighs or wings. But even what they had was unsatisfactory. The chicken and biscuit were dry, hard and not flavorful, as if they had been sitting out all day. They weren’t fresh at all.

4 pc. Tenders Combo was four pieces of shrimp (small) sized chicken. Secret Recipe Fries tasted like cardboard. Thx KFC!

I don't know who was back there cooking but their chilen breast was the juiciest I've ever had! The food was on point. Portions were big. It was fresh and crispy. I'll always order from this kfc.
