• 26-03-24The tenders were so dry and hard and they were small which I didn't care. They were small, but they're super dry. I tried using the sauce to help. It felt like the Sahara desert in my mouth and also there was no cover on the drink so anybody could slip something in my drink so I did not drink it. Please do better next time

• 26-03-23The 3 pc Big Box Meal is a great option when it's one of the BOGO deal. $13 for 6 pcs of chicken, 4 individual sides, 2 biscuits, and 2 drinks! You can't customize both boxes though. Once you order the 1st box, it automatically duplicates.

• 25-11-30I placed an order for pickup, which my father picked up on my behalf. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and the 16 pc. Chicken Meal was good. However, I did encounter a couple of problems with my order.
I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo with mayonnaise, but the sandwich was prepared with spicy sauce instead. Unfortunately, the spicy sauce upset my stomach, even though I tried to remove it as best I could. In addition, I had ordered a side of Ranch for an extra $0.29, but it was not included in the bag.
While the french fries and potato wedges were greasy, and the grease tasted old, the rest of the meal was fine.
These small mistakes made the experience less satisfying and resulted in wasted money. I truly appreciate the quality of the food, and I understand that mistakes can happen, especially during busy times. I simply hope that more attention can be given to ensuring orders are prepared accurately in the future.

• 25-09-14I ordered a bucket with legs and thighs and there was no gravy for my mashed potatoes the rules were rock hard person I talked to was very rude and told me I had to bring the food back in I told him I could not do so.
