the quality has definitely dropped. this store used to be the best in Calgary. the chicken is bland and almost flavorless. Fries, gravy and dessert were quite good.

Third time I ordered and something was charged yet missing from delivery bag. Need to do order check when placing things in delivery bag. Not a happy camper...no crisps to dip in the gravy

The Chicken was cooked great. The Fry's where a little undercooked and not crispy. I didn't get any ketchup salt or pepper or vinegar that I had requested for the Fry's.
