My 3piece big box meal was good. But I ordered and extra biscuit and didn't get it

We are happy that the Springfield Avenue KFC has reopened. The 12 pc. Chicken Meal was excellent (taste and packaging) with exception of the missing gravy and biscuits. While not our first KFC order by any means, this was the first time we used a delivery service. The DoorDash driver was awesome, very fast and courteous. We may rethink using the delivery option, given the items that were missing. If we go in person, we can at least check our order before leaving, to make sure nothing got missed.

Totally not worth $30 when all said and done. Portions for the sides are so small now, you are better off buying elsewhere. If they could put less chicken in the bowl, they probably would. I suspect this iteration of the store will not be open for long.

My mashed potatoes had no gravy on them as requested, the coleslaw looks very inedible, and the biscuits were placed on top of the chicken!
