I can't believe I paid almost $5 for the smallest chicken breast I have ever seen. The fries were room temperature & the biscuit was over cooked. The only item that was what I would expect was the mashed potatoes. The rest was disappointing.

Small portion to cost ratio (popcorn chicken). Ordered one chicken strip and it was a tiny piece. None of the hot sauce I ordered came and the ranch sauce I selected for the popcorn chicken was only one pack for two orders and that one pack was broken open and all over the inside of the bag. Overall they have gone WAY downhill recently in my opinion.

chicken is so old, dry and cooked to well.  the biscuit is a brick.  the sides are good.  I just wish door dash would let us choose the store we want to order from.  I went to this KFC before when I got home I had to take it right back chicken was the same way.  Thanks to the cook he made me fresh food.  The manager did not want to help me.  she had a attitude because she did not want to do her job.

We've been customers of KFC for over 50 years This was the worst chicken ever served to us. The breading was soggy and completely soaked in grease. We tried peeling off the breading, but the meat was also completely soaked and inedible. We ate the sides, which were fine, and threw the entire bucket of chicken in the garbage.
