I've seen other reviews mention this, but this store doesn't seem to have the crispy batter. Ordered a Boneless Box and Three Crispy Tenders to test the theory- all tenders came with non-crispy batter. It's tasty, delivered warm, and packaged with appropriate utensils and sauces for what you order, but don't expect crispy items to be crispy.
