The poutine had 3 cheese curds, about half the amount of fries I usually get and the gray was also not very much. Sandwiches were great but the poutine was done horribly.

Really disappointed that the chicken was sooo greasy and soggy. The skin wasn't crispy nor was it 14 Piece Hot & Spicy Bucket spicy based on what we ordered. Gravy is super thin these days and came 3/4 full. Disappointing for sure. Especially when you spend $71. Also the zero delivery is not true if you get any other offer. We qualified for a $5 off but they charged us $3.99 delivery ?!?

second time I've ordered and second time they forgot the gravy. the gravy is the best part. it's 10$ just for the gravy

Not what I ordered.I wanted original recipe and got spicy extra crispy, hard as a rock. Also som e of the potato sald were not fully cooked.

KFC's quality has really gone downhill. My last time ordering.
