the snackers are perfect size and flavor. They were fresh and very tasty. I will definitely be ordering them again.

they called me to let me know they ware out of nuggets which I was ok with and asked them to just replace with strips. the strips theu replaced the nuggeto with were old, nasty and dry. They sent hot sauce instead of the ketchup i requested. they also didn't gve me my famous bowl combo and shorted me two wedges.

I don't often go here because it's a little expensive so it's kinda a treat for me and my mother. So I got a message saying my order was ready (it wasn't), another customer was ahead of me and was asking if the order on the counter was theirs, I started to ask a question to see if it was mine because the worker was pawing through it, but before I could even really start was told that he was helping them and would be with me in a moment, which not unreasonable, but there was a question about who's order it was so how he spoke to me was pretty uncalled for, it'll probably be awhile before I go back again
