It took 35 to get my order prepared. My sweet tea was like sugar water and my food was cold. The delivery driver had it in the warm bag , so that just goes to tell me when KFC took 35 minutes to prepare my food. My food had already been sitting there ! ￼

I broke the crust on the pot pie and it's less than half full!  There's only a little bit of filling in the bottom and no gravy at all!  The is the worst pot pie I've ever seen.  I will not be ordering from KFC again!

Since the day this store has opened its doors, they have yet to get a single order of mine correctly. I once waited for a chicken sandwich and waited so long I left and went across the street to Bojangles and got a sandwich before coming back and they still didnt have it ready. I demanded my money back.
