We have enjoyed KFC of late and it's very handy being around the corner but please can you cook your chips they are always very undercooked when everything else is quite yummy. Last night I threw my chips out I couldn't eat them.

Bought a giant feast and so disappointed with the quality of it. I usually don't have a problem with kfc but this round was just shocking! The chips were stale not fresh at all half cold/uncooked. The chicken wasn't fresh as it usually is the only good thing was the nuggets. Definitely not worth the prices they charged.

6 Pieces Combo Hot & Crispy came with 5 pieces and all tiny, mostly the wings. For $20? This has to be mistake

This KFC was especially terrible. The chicken was overcooked dark brown and burnt. The chips were very undercooked and cold. Half of our 15 pieces of chicken were made up of what looked like "wicked wings" ( disgustingly overcooked) and tiny wings not the regular pieces anyone would expect. it was so overcooked and burnt that I couldn't distinguish the Hot N spicy flavour I was looking forward to. even the coleslaw was a slightly darker colour than would be appetising. the potato and gravy was only thing that was as you would expect to receive this was really really a terrible experience.
