I have left many negative reviews for this company before and honestly i couldn't care less because it seems like there is no improvement or regulation. I wish i could give this rating 0/5 stars. I don't know whether this constant disappointment is on purpose or some sick joke? but 9/10 that i order from this store, the food is actually horrible.. frankly i'm sick of it. Today i ordered an Original tenders box, which i waited about an hour for even though i literally live 2-5 minutes away. When i finally got it i opened the bag and there was about 10 forks, A handful of napkins and about 20 sachets of moist towelettes just thrown in there. I ordered 1 meal?? i didn't need all that. I already assumed that because of this the employees just treated my order as a joke. I opened my box and there was no missing items which is a possitive, but i started eating and yet again i am disappointed. I am a massive KFC supporter, i love the food and it is always pleasant to eat when i go through the drive thru, but for some reason whenever i get it delivered it is not the same. My chips are literally always overcooked and inedible because of how hard they are, they also tasted like they've been sitting in oil that hasnt been changed in weeks; The same as my popcorn chicken. I work in fast food myself, i understand that it can be hard and rushed but it's really not acceptable considering these orders you get are from PAYING customers who also have to pay a ridiculous delivery fee of $8.95. It shouldn't be treated as some joke when people give their hard earned money to your company for your service. Never ordering delivery from this store again. Save your money and get food from Maccas instead.

DO NOT ORDER FROM KFC every single time I've gotten it instructions were not followed chips undercooked and no salt and chicken always overcooked.
