• 24-11-05Ordered food online. Took 1 hour and 15 mins to get to our family when it was supposed to be 1/2 hour. Contacted the manager Brian at one hour of waiting and was told they were down to 2 fryers and he couldn’t cook our tenders yet and when I asked if people in the drive thru were waiting an hour for there order, I was met with excuses and no real accountability.
Then we finally got our food…it was terrible. The 12pc chicken was old obviously while waiting for the tenders to cook (“due to the down fryer”). We had original pieces intermingled when we ordered all extra crispy. The kicker, The tenders were dry after waiting all that time on those. Just a bad experience overall and unfortunately not the first time here. No more ordering for here for us.

• 26-07-12Always have to wait for chicken and the last 2 times it's been bloody I guess bc they get in a hurry to serve it bc they are always out of chicken at a chicken place. Go figure.

• 2 days agoI think this is the worse order that I have ever got we tried to eat the chicken but it also was dry all of this must have been sitting since yesterday. They should be ashamed to serve food to their customers like this. The biscuits were hard but the big one was the potato wedges that are pictured below needless to say this was $30.00 worth of food that we had to be throwed away. I will never order from them again.

• 25-06-28Thigh meat was tough and stringy. Very fatty too. By the time all the fat was picked off, very little meat. Had a funny taste too.
