I was supposed to get 3 sides for the family dinner but received wet biscuits, stuffed in a chicken bag and did not receive what I ordered.
The chicken is supposed to be extra crispy and it's wet and this isn't even close edible.

Food falling off the bone is real tender. I love the food. It's so good so flavorful so fluffy 10 out of 10 I'll recommend. Oh, and it's very fresh and even if it was cold, it will still be 100% great

Try to order during the afternoon, if you order at night 9-11pm, they will cut corners and give you old food. Biscuits were hard, chicken was dry and hard, the side seemed like the only thing they kept at the proper temperature/made fresh.

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. They don’t typically have what I want to order. Usually they say they can’t do extra crispy or they’ll make my order and completely ignore the fact that I asked for extra crispy. Tonight, they said they didn’t have thighs or wings. But even what they had was unsatisfactory. The chicken and biscuit were dry, hard and not flavorful, as if they had been sitting out all day. They weren’t fresh at all.
