There is very little protein, so I did not get good value for the Veggie Chashu Miso . However, these noodles and the soup were well prepared.

Two little slices of beef, no egg? For $32 that's insane. Also the broth had no flavour whatsoever. Oily bland noodles. Never ordering here again. Absolutely robbed.

I paid 30$ hoping to eat pork and not noodles. there was a tiny tiny slice of pork and the rest noodles. For 30$ I can eat pork ribs in an decent restaurant. They are ripping the customers.

Three stars for flavor. But look at how small the portion size is. Also the egg which was extra cost was also on the smaller side.
