The kolaches were great! Unfortunately other than the cherry, we could not tell one from another. Please identify them in some way.

Dough was raw. Batter oozing out as I bit in. 2 other items were also slightly raw. Ordered a Texas Apple croissant, received Korean beef. Poor quality control.
