These are not real bagels. I order from here often out of convenience, but the “bagels” are closer to rolls with holes than actual bagels. The texture is off, the chew is missing, and the consistency is all over the place. Too often they come out scorched on the outside and airy, holey, and disappointing on the inside. A true bagel should be dense, chewy, and properly boiled before baking — not burned, hollow, and bready. Unless they tighten up their quality control, they’re going to start losing customers fast.

The bagels were okay, they didn't follow direction of what was asked to be toasted or not. The toasted ones were burnt and I found the bagels were small.

This is the third time that I've gotten burned and overcooked bagels. This location needs quality control. It's really disappointing bc I want to like this place and keep ordering from here, but if I keep getting burned bagels I will have to go else where.

I've ordered 3 times now and every time the plain bagels are over cooked. Burnt on the outside and mushy in the middle. They need quality control.
