• 23-05-01I spent $250 on a huge bouquet but the bouquet that was delivered was about a 3rd of the size as the bouquet pictured. SUPER DISAPPOINTING!!! If a customer purchases a $250 bouquet, put together and deliver a $250 bouquet...not an $80 flowers.com quality bouquet! I'll never purchase flowers from here again!

• 22-05-04If I could give them a 0, I would. Like other reviewer, mine looked nothing like the picture. I added "premium" and my total was $139 before the service charge and tax. It looked like someone stuck 6 roses in with a bunch of greens. I could have bought something nicer at Wegmans for $20 and done a better job arranging them. I only wish I could upload a picture of what I bought vs. what is delivered!

• 26-05-09I spent $65 (flowers only). There were supposed to be roses and carnations in a purple jar. My mother in law received about 9 carnations only in an ugly white jar.

• 22-11-23The floral arrangement I received is extremely basic vs the one showed at the time of ordering. Only similar looking succulent, all green (3 shades maybe). Trunk is not as stuffed as the one on the picture to order. (7-8 succulents vs many on the picture). Disappointing and overpriced for whatI have received.
