I ordered the classic desserts double pack which was a dozen glazed donuts and a dozen mixed donuts, instead what I received was 6 glazed and 6 mixed (not even the mixed ones I ordered) And even after supplying photos and proof my request was declined, so I'm out money short on donuts and Krispy Kreme does not give a crap about their customers. Absolutely disgraceful

Normally are great but today hardly had any glaze and actually looked like they'd been prepared hours ago. Also taste and texture was dryer than normal.
