Ordered a soy Flat White, got a mocha infested with choc powder. Not what i ordered, can't drink it at all. Not to mention it was barely 2/3rds full so if I could drink it, it was a pathetic portion

icre cream is not mixed into the coffee so it's just a.big clump of icecream in coffee. also they didn't have one of the donuts I selected so they replaced it with another one which wasn't great.
