Krispy Kreme used to be my go-to place for donuts, so it’s disappointing to say that I feel the quality has been deteriorating noticeably. What used to make Krispy Kreme stand out just doesn’t seem to be there anymore.
Meanwhile, local donut shops, including several Asian-owned shops and BoSa Donuts, are delivering better quality and consistency and are quickly becoming my preferred choice. That shouldn’t be the case for a brand that I once considered the gold standard for donuts.
I hope Krispy Kreme takes customer feedback seriously and gets back to the quality and consistency that made so many of us loyal customers in the first place.
