I love the doughnuts. However they managed to completely ignore my instructions on the frozen coffee. NO whip cream Means No whipped cream. Why did i pay $5.89 for a cup that is only half full with more whipped cream than coffee?

Ordered the Grifindor donut specifically for a surprise and they didn't even message they didn't have it or offer a replacement. Just threw whatever they felt like in. Not the first time it's happened with this place.

The donuts are waaaaaaay smaller than they look on the app , also the lucky rainbow is missing the cloud that the pic showed on the app as well  , for $18  iwish icould have got what isaw advertised, i also had to wait a hour for the order because they app said they was still closed when they opened at 6am .

The donuts are good, dont get me wrong. But the size has shrunk to about 2/3 of their size from about a year ago. Not to mention, the price has gone way up. This will be the last time we order anything from here.

This was supposed to be assorted donuts and it was hard, old glazed donuts. I would not order this again, bad representation. Not like the picture online.
