Sisig was tender and had a nice strong citrusy flavor. Lechon Kawali had a nice crunch and tender. Only gripe was the mang Tomas sauce had a weird flavor. Stick with the vinegar dip.

the lechon kawali wasn't crispy and very hard to chew, the same with the pork adobo, it needed to be softened more. maybe the chef had an off day but it didn't taste like it was freshly cooked, maybe only reheated.

The K3 Sisig, Lechon Kawali, and & Sinigang as well the the Saging Con Yelo with Ice Cream were all very delicious. One of the best I've tasted for this type of cooking. I'd give it a 10/10 rating

i wished the restaurant separated my sisig from the garlic rice/pancit coz somehow the sisig tasted different. i liked it better when it was in a separate container. so i'm guessing it was the garlic rice portion that made it taste different.
