Pancakes are pretty consistent, but the mango was overripe and brought an otherwise great dish down a peg.

I'm sorry to leave a negative review, I normally
Wouldn't bother but this was overhyped. Soufflé pancakes were executed well from a technical point of view, however flavour was far from it. For a dessert that looks great (and should be great) it was so disappointing in the flavour department. The cream was quite off tasting and the biscoff was so minimal and non-eventful. The biscoff tiramisu flavour profile was a no-no. I am a coffee lover but this should not have been paired with biscoff.
