I used to like this store but there have been too many quality issues lately. I asked for no ice and half sugar, but they put a ton of ice and sugar and then skimped on how much drink was in the cup. a good inch of drink was missing in both cups. this happens every time I order from them lately. for how much these drinks cost, the least they could do is fill up the cup. also the drink is clearly watered down way too much. it barely tastes like tea. it's like a watery, sugary memory of tea. I would no longer recommend this location to anyone. unfortunate. it used to be great.

I ordered two large matcha slushes, but the employee cancelled one of my orders just because they were out of tapioca pearls. Instead of giving me the option to receive the drink without tapioca or contacting me or my dasher, they simply removed it from my order. When I called the store, the staff was unhelpful and uncooperative. On top of that, the drink I did receive was much sweeter than I requested. I ordered 30% honey, but it tasted more like 70% or more. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Pearl Latte with Brown Sugar L doesn't have brown sugar syrup added to the drink. It's just plain ahh milk tea. I don't like plain milk tea so if I knew the drink was like this, I wouldn't have ordered it.

after tasting all the cups, it actually rotten, like milk but left for too long, and can even smell and taste the sourness when drink or food got rotten.it is so off and tasted really bad
