Delicious (3) Shoyu Beef Ramen and very well packaged. No spillage at all, and kept hot in the insulated bag. Came with chopsticks and a soup spoon. I took out half the ingredients (all the seaweed) and instructions were carefully followed! Very impressed. Will be ordering again.

Dined in & ordered out here a bunch since they opened. Kyu is normally consistent, but today was a mess!!
Pan Fried Gyoza Dumplings (6Pcs) were burnt black leaving a terrible taste. Gyu Harami (Beef Skirt) were literal crumbs (even less than the smaller weekend skewers). Thai Iced Tea had a minty chemical taste and got tossed - not risking it. Could've just been the wrong tea base brewed, but is that even possible for a chain restaurant?
Going to take a break from here till the staff cycles around bit, bummer! T_T

The flavor was good but the last two times I ordered, the beef was fatty and chewy so I won't get the beef anymore. But I'll try the chicken or pork ramen next time . Hopefully it's not chewy and fatty like the beef.

Tastes great, the portions are perfect, and all the meat was cooked perfectly. Will order again. Also the packaging is pretty sick ngl.
