This soup is easily in my top 3 favorite soups ever. The chilis in vinegar are so flavorful and an excellent way to balance flavors. I immediately cut the "dry" bowl in half to portion this out in a way that allows the soup to keep in the fridge. Can't wait to finish the second half for breakfast tomorrow!

Do yourself a favor and order some Khao Man Gai (Hainan Style) already. Literally one of the best dishes invented by humans, done the exact way it's meant to be.
