The Pan Fried Pork Dumplings - 锅贴 are good if you like a very doughy dumpling. I will say the meat filling doesnt stand out against the doughiness of the dumpling.

The Pork & Scallion Dumplings - 肉饺 were pretty gross. Not fried at all. Steamed a limp.
