Absolutely fantastic. Everything I've ordered has been phenomenal. First dip sandwich I've had in the area that wasn't comparable to dog food. Chicken was tender, moist, crispy skin, and FULL of flavor. 10/10 quality

The dip wasn't good at all. The ratings were great, so i gave it a try. Meat was too well done and tasted like cardboard. Fries were the same, just no taste to them. Also, the sandwich was very small for over $20. Crazy!

Normally consistently great. unfortunately, not this time
Cowboy Ribeye, usually well proportioned but on this occasion, much smaller, a little burnt on one side, temperature pin left on it. Additionally, in the past it would come with four pieces of asparagus. Again, this time only two.
Was this a fluke or is this now the new norm?.
I hope to continue being a loyal customer of Land Ocean if things go back to how things were or better still.

Best burger I've had in years! No fancy sauces, just really good meat cooked perfectly and the fries are crisp and amazing.

usually the food is good, however tonight everything was off. the gravy wasn't included with the Wood Fired Rotisserie Chicken, the Wagyu Teriyaki Top Sirloin was overcooked and fatty. even the Banana Cream Pie was off, it had hardly any pudding.
