others may love them but I just prefer pork tamales to be shredded meat and a bit more moist. I tried looking on the menu before hand to see if they were shredded but it wasn't mentioned. so for others,just know it's more of a finely grained taco meat tasting kind of tamale. They aren't bad eithr just not my flavor.
